Warranty & Returns

 

Across nearly all our products, we offer a limited 24 month return to base warranty. Please email us at sales@plsa.net.au to start the warranty process. If any item is less than 24 month warranty, it will be specifically noted in the item description.

If products are found to be faulty, we will ask you to ship the product to us where we will have our technicians inspect for manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found we will supply you with either a replacement or refund. If after inspection it is deemed that the faulty product is due to user fault or any other fault other than manufacturing fault you will be charged the quote fee and any associated return postage costs. 

The 2 year warranty starts from date of purchase - and covers replacement only for manufacturing faults -  as in it does not include labour costs, freight or re-installation costs. The product warranty is limited to defects in workmanship only and does not apply to loss or damage caused by abnormal use. The warranty will not cover the entry of foreign matter or influences to the product including but not limited to liquid, moisture, dirt, dust, or electrical fluctuations. Power supply faults or influences resulting in damage to this product are not covered under this warranty. In most cases other than products that are suitable for DIY installations, you will need to attach a copy of the Product Invoice and the Electrician's receipt of installation for your warranty to be valid.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not cater to change of mind, so please choose carefully.
